Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.
These Terms & Disclaimer ("Terms") govern your use of the Alexiaweb website and the website design, development and redesign services (the "Services") provided by Alexiaweb ("Alexiaweb," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 14205 N Mo Pac Expy Ste 570, Austin, TX. By using this website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
The content on this website — including page copy, pricing, portfolio examples and images — is provided for general informational purposes only. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or current at all times. Portfolio images are curated design concepts used to illustrate our style and are not screenshots of specific completed client sites, as noted on our Portfolio page.
Alexiaweb designs, builds and redesigns websites for local businesses, including but not limited to clinics, restaurants, salons, gyms, real estate agents, dance studios, plumbers and butcher shops. The specific scope of work, number of pages and features for each project are defined by the plan selected (Starter, Professional or Premium) or by a custom agreement between Alexiaweb and the client.
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, images, feedback and approvals we reasonably request in a timely manner, and to confirm that any text, logos or images you supply are yours to use or properly licensed. Delays in providing this information may extend the delivery timeline stated for your plan.
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as described on our pricing section. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated before any extra work begins.
If your plan includes a post-launch support period, it covers fixing functional defects that trace back to our own build — for example, something we delivered not working as intended. It does not cover new pages, new features, content changes or design changes, which are handled as revisions or a new project. Support windows, where included, are as described for your plan.
For redesign projects, the client is responsible for providing access to existing website content, hosting or domain information as needed. Alexiaweb is not responsible for any loss of existing content, rankings or data that occurs outside of our direct control during a redesign or migration.
Any text, logos, images or materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client, who confirms they have the right to use them. Design elements, code structures and templates developed by Alexiaweb that are not exclusive to a specific client project remain the property of Alexiaweb and may be reused in future work.
Our websites may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms or services (such as booking systems, maps or social media). Alexiaweb is not responsible for the availability, content or practices of these third-party services. Information you submit through our contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry, and is routed to our inbox through a third-party form-delivery service. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
While we design every website with best practices for usability and on-page SEO, Alexiaweb does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to search engine rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexiaweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, including any downtime, data loss or business interruption.
Clients may cancel a project in writing at any time. Any deposit or payment made for work already completed is non-refundable. Refund eligibility for uncompleted work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Alexiaweb is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, hosting providers or communication services.
Alexiaweb may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any written agreement for your project, make up the entire understanding between you and Alexiaweb regarding our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
